High-Intent Leads, Arriving in Two Languages

Farías Accident Injury Lawyer serves a Los Angeles client base that searches in both English and Spanish, often immediately after an accident. Intent is high and patience is low: whoever answers first, in the right language, tends to get the case.

The site needed to be genuinely bilingual rather than translated as an afterthought, capable of qualifying an enquiry without a human on the other end at 2am, and structured to compete across multiple practice areas and locations.

We mapped the questions people actually ask in the first minutes after an accident, in both languages, and used those to shape both the practice-area pages and the logic in the intake flow.

UI/UX Design Iterations
Intake was designed as a conversation rather than a form wall: the AI live chat handles the opening questions, and the intelligent intake forms only ask for what the case type requires.

A serious, high-contrast palette, deep navy with a gold accent, that reads as established rather than aggressive, which is the tone this practice area usually gets wrong.
