Connecting the people behind every broadcast
Behind The Broadcast, founded by Parker Ruttan, highlights the camera operators, engineers and crews who make live television happen, and has grown into a worldwide community of broadcast professionals.
The brand lives across a merch line, education programs, YouTube, a podcast and a newsletter. The website had to tie all of it together and still work as a fast, simple store.

The home page opens with three clear paths, learning, watching and shopping, so community members and new visitors find what they came for in one click.

Design approach
Clean Inter typography, near-black blocks and a bright cyan accent give the store a modern, technical feel that fits a community of broadcast engineers and crews.
A rich mega menu with short descriptions under every collection and program keeps a lot of content easy to navigate on desktop and phone.
