Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and the change applies from your next billing cycle.
Do I need hosting and a care plan?
They work independently. Care plans cover the website itself; hosting covers the server it runs on. Most clients take both so a single team owns the whole stack.
What happens to unused update time?
Included update time is allocated per month and does not roll over. Larger work is quoted separately before it starts.
Are the premium licenses really mine?
They are provided and maintained under our agency licenses for the duration of your plan, on one website per plan.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are month to month. Cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us.
